Trinity Villas are situated in the quiet village Plaka, which is surrounded by nature. The sandy beach is 2km away.
What languages do you speak?
We speak Greek and English.
What time is check in / out?
Check in is at 14:00h and check-out is at 12:00 (noon). A late check-out can be arranged on request and upon availability.
Which currencies do you accept?
We accept all currencies. We gladly accept your foreign currency exchange at official bank rates.
Do Trinity Villas provide parking space?
Yes, our property includes a secure private parking space for each villa, free of charge.
Are pets allowed in Trinity Villas?
Yes, pets are welcome at Trinity Villas. However, please inform us beforehand if you are bringing your pet. Thank you!
Are the villas accessible for guests with a kinetic disability?

In case of emergency, can I consult an English speaking doctor?
Yes, there are excellent English speaking doctors in Plaka/ Almyrida. Almyrida has an excellent medical centre on a 24/7 base, as well as a qualified dentist and several pharmacies.
Is there a bus stop / taxi stand nearby?
There is a bus stop in Plaka leading to the coastal village of Almyrida , about 1.5km. from our property. (We can gladly call a taxi for you. Anytime!)
Is tap water safe to drink?
Yes, tap water is safe to drink, but bottled water is generally preferred.
What power supply do you have?
Power supply in Greece / Crete is 220V. Sockets accept two-round pin plugs. Adaptors are readily available at any supermarket, or just ask our friendly staff to help you out. Power cuts happen occasionally, especially in summertime, due to strained generating capacity.
What time zone does Crete have?
Crete, like the rest of Greece, is 2 hours ahead of Greenwich Time (GMT +2) and adjusts to summertime at 4am on the last Sunday in March. It is set back to winter time at 4am on the last Sunday in October.
What are the shop opening hours in Plaka / Almyrida?
Shop opening hours vary, but are usually from 9am – 11pm daily in summertime. Banks and post offices are open Mon – Fri from 08.00 – 14.00 hours.
How frequent are the local bus services?
Bus services are operated by the KTEL cooperative. Service is frequent and comfortable. Buses leave in both directions from Plaka's main road every half an hour, to Chania in the west and to Rethymnon and Heraklion in the east.

What climate do you have?
Crete has a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild, wet winters.
How far is it to Chania?
Chania, Crete’s most charming city, is some 28km west of Plaka (about 35min. by bus, 20min. by car). Chania Airport is about 25km west of Plaka.
Can I have access to the Internet?
Yes, Trinity Villas provide internet access and has a free Wi-Fi zone.
How far is it from the villas to Plaka, to Almyrida and to the beach?
Trinity Villas are located in a quiet area of the village Plaka, over Almyrida, surrounded by olive trees and carob trees. To the nearest beach it is about 2km. Cozy, inviting taverns can be found at the nearby villages of Plaka (500m) and Almyrida (2.5km).
